I was impressed with the service I received at Ward Service. The first question Gary asked me was had I verified with the manufacturer whether or not the car was still under any warranty. It wasn't, but he at least alerted me to the fact that I should check first before bringing it in for them to work on. The estimate for the work needed was sizeable, and based on the age/mileage on my car, Gary recommended not putting that amount into the car, but heading down to CarMax (or similar) and looking at putting that money towards something else. No money in that option for him, but based on the ethical and friendly treatment I received, will definitely be recommending Ward to my friends. - Margaret S.

Awesome service! We would never think of going anywhere else! You can tell this is a family owned and operated business; everyone is so friendly and always takes very good care of us! The nice thing is they don't try and upsell your needs. They find the problem and deal with that problem; if they see items that will need repair in the future, they will give you an estimate in your recommendations!
