We moved to southern California in 1992 and a couple co-workers recommended Ward Service Auto Repair to us. We started taking our cars there, and now we will never go anywhere else! They are low key and never try to sell us something we don't need. They are friendly, reasonable, and happy to give us a ride to or from the house even though we don't live close to the shop. They have saved us money numerous times by telling us when something is still under warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership; they could have done the work, charged us, and we'd have never been the wiser. But that's not the way they do business!

Our daughter had car trouble while she was on a trip and her car was towed to the nearest garage. She didn't understand what they were saying so she called Jim to ask for his advice. He offered to call and speak with them himself and then explain the problem to her in layman's terms and help her decide what to do. Over the years, we've taken several different brands and styles of cars to Ward's and they've never failed us. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else!
