It's too bad the rating scale only goes to 5 stars, because the service level, value, and overall integrity of Ward Service Auto Repair exceed my expectations. I have owned many cars including luxury, utility, foreign and domestic, so I know autos, and I know auto service. When I bring my vehicles here, I get straight answers. The team has decades of experience and Ward's offers peace of mind whether by the shuttle, which travels all over, the Monrovia area, they offer to pickup your car at your house and drop it off if necessary. I recommend getting to know the owner, Jim Ward; he is very personable and kind. Ward Service Auto Repair is where I go, and will always go for all of my auto service needs. -Eric M.
