Based on a perpetual 5 star rating by AAA, I began taking my BMW to Ward Service over 10 years ago.  AAA was absolutely correct in their praise of Ward Service Auto Repair.  The BMW is long gone, but Ward handles my MINI Cooper with the same great care and concern.  Their e-mail service reminders are a huge plus.  The shop service is exceptional on all levels. What really keeps me coming back is the fact that they have never oversold me and have always been realistic about the timing of any repairs; recommending which repairs need to be fixed immediately and which repairs can wait.
