We have taken our cars to Ward's for many years, following a high recommendation from AAA. We are always pleased with the service and with Jim and his friendly staff. There are not many places any more where one can be greeted by name when coming through the door.  One time, and it was only one time of the dozens we have been there, something went wrong with the job; this was when Ward Service Auto Repair as a whole really showed their class.  There was nothing they wouldn't do to make things right. They even went as far to send a tow truck, cover the cost of a rental car, quickly repaired our car, and followed up to make sure we were pleased with the final result.
