Let me start by saying that my husband and I love cars. He has owned easily twenty different vehicles in the last 10 years of every make and model from brands like BMW, Audi, Jeep, Cadillac, and Lexus. Every time I call Wards Service I am greeted with a kind voice genuinely wanting to know the issue with my car. After only having it serviced one time at Ward's they already knew who I was when I called for my second repair. When I pull into their garage someone is always there to greet me by my first name and take my keys. There is never a long line going down the street like I've experienced at Lexus Dealerships. I have two young children and the Ward's repair men have assisted me in getting my car home if I am unable to pick it up with my husband or have no extra car seats available to use their shuttle.
